I've known **** for 12+ years and trust in his honesty and integrity to do the job right and at a fair price.I'd recommend him to anyone who needs any assistance with heating or air conditioning problems. As a previous customer he responded the next day when it was 109 to get our a.c. running again.

we have been with **** of High Performance (a one man show) for over a decade. He has always been there for us, fixing what needs to be fixed, not pushing for unnecessary upgrades. Being a long time customer really pays off on those 100 degree days when something goes wrong. ***********************

My A/C condenser stopped running on July 4th holiday in middle of a heat wave. **** arrived late that same afternoon and found the problem in 10 minutes. He replaced a loose wiring connection. My A/C was back in business in 15 minutes total. Excellent service.

My air conditioner was acting a little flaky. I called a company that told me my system was really old and needed to be replaced. A friend told me about high-performance heating and air-conditioning and **** came out and found a faulty circuit board and replaced it for a very reasonable fee. The other company had a high rating with a Better Business Bureau, but they did not find the faulty circuit board and wanted to sell me a $40,000 system instead. I'm grateful **** was able find the problem and fix it for a very reasonable cost

Our heater broke down early in the morning so I texted ****, who previously fixed our AC fan 10 years ago and is still ************* to this day. He came within a few hours and discovered it was the capacitor that needed to be replaced which he did on the spot. I appreciate ****'s responsiveness and honesty. I even recommended him to a friend, who was extremely satisfied with his service.

**** from High Performance Heating & Air has been helping us with our furnace repairs since 2019. With each repair, he walks through the repairs and costs and is happy to answer any questions. Yesterday was our latest repair, when our Lennox furnace was failing to light. **** came out, found that the flame sensor was dirty; did the repair and left us once again with an operational furnace! I highly recommend High Performance Heating & Air.

He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and has fair prices, well below other quotes I've gotten in the past. It's always been a pleasure to do business with him and to have a warm house again! I have been having trouble with my new HVAC unit almost since it was installed in 2015 with repeated callbacks from the installer (and a variety of the company's maintenance techs). Things just kept "failing". (They replaced the motherboard 4 times! ) Finally, had the good fortune to locate High Performance Heating and Air when the system refused to blow cool air. He replaced a motor fan, reviewed previous work that had been done, replaced some other missing parts, preemptively replaced a part that he had a concern about - which the previous company installed- all for the price he originally estimated before seeing the unit (and less than the ridiculously high labor cost my original company quoted for the motor fan alone). He also provided very useful feedback on the system, its strengths, and things to watch for in the future. In the process, he gave me a very honest evaluation of the system and why he thought I had had so much trouble (boiling down to techs not having the skills or knowledge to work on the unit continually making things worse). It also seems highly likely from what he reviewed that the motherboard was not the source of the previous problems I had but due to the motor fan intermittently cutting out. (He looked at pictures I had taken of scorch marks on the most recent motherboard to be replaced (2 weeks prior to this latest problem) and stated categorically that scorch marks on motherboards are commonplace but this board showed no signs of the kind of damage that would require replacement.I have gone from fearing to use the unit at all due to worry about what might happen next, to gratitude that I found an individual who I can count on to talk sense, provide honest feedback and is highly skilled.
