    I brought a gym bag here to have a zipper repaired. The associate seemed 'out of it', and the price seemed high ($60) but given reviews I decided to leave my bag for repair. I noted an older gentleman seated against the wall; he appeared to be a relative?.I returned 1 week later. The older man was there, but not the associate; the gentleman said he'd be back. I noticed several containers of open food on the counter - more than one's lunch; it looked like a few folks' food. I remember thinking 'this is odd this is just sitting out here'. After a few mins with no sign of the associate the gentleman got up to try to assist me he spoke little English, so I spoke Spanish. As I was describing my bag the associate returned and started chastising the man for getting up. As the man went toward his seat, he fell despite the associate's attempts to stop him. I tried to help but they refused. Eventually he got the older man back in his seat. The associate then asked me about what I was picking up, at the same time continuing his chastising of the man. He started pulling items out; none were even athletic bags. Each time I said No he got more agitated. After 7 bags he sat/fell into a chair and threw the last bag across the back area. I then noted his eyes were bloodshot and realized he was likely under the influence. He finally called someone else and asked about my bag I was quite surprised given COVID, etc. when he pushed the phone toward me to speak. The man on the phone said he had taken my bag to another store to fix and that he would call me first thing the next morning so I could pick it up where I was. I repeated back what he said and left. That was a week ago - and no call yet. I will return once more in search my bag. My concern is not the poor customer service but the safety of the older man, the associates agitated state, and the unsanitary open food. I hope this was just an off experience, but once I get my bag I will not be returning.
