We contracted with SolarXperts in December ******************************************************* the process of working on the roof, they cut our phone and Internet line. They did a quick patch job to get us back up and running. They left the cables hanging loosely and now the quick patch job is coming apart. These lines need to be fixed correctly.We were told multiple times throughout the process that our solar water heater would be removed from the roof and reinstalled after the roof was completed. They have not reinstalled the solar water heater; it is still on the ground, leaning against the fence, out in the elements. We have sent a number of emails about this and still no progress. It is now August 2022.The two things we need to be corrected are - 1. The Internet and phone cables to be fixed to meet FCC requirement and mounted (not hanging loosely).2. The solar water heater to be reinstalled.Thank you for your help.

My dispute with this company it I had a company that I had to deal with 4 different business personal that promised that I would get ****** once the solar was put in and that was promised by all four and on 4/10/2021 I was charged ***** and late charges due to the owner told me on 6/20/2020 that I would not have to pay till my solar was put in. So I have paid ****** of loan for the solar ******* to black hills energy which I was told I would make over ****kw when I only made 400kw in a month and they said I would get money back from black hills energy and only paying ***** a month. I all so paid out of pocket ****** to cut down trees so I could see if that helped and that was done on 7/27/21 and I was still only producing 400kw and ***************** told me on text messages that he had to wait to get a new contractor to put a monitor to see how much I was producing and I am still having to pay for black hill energy and now ***************** is not returning my calls or text. I have paid over ******* i wish I never did this and he did say I would be reimbursed but still has not done a thing. I am a disabled veteran and I am on a fixed income. Dont go thru solarxperts they will make you broke and hungry.Business response
