      Precision services was engaged by a warranty company to fix a refrigerator that had stopped cooling.On Sept 29, 2021 Precision did an assessment on the refrigerator. On Oct 8, they repaired the refrigerator. On Oct 22, the refrigerator broke again due to incomplete repair, This resulted in loss of nearly $500 worth of food in the refrigerator and freezer. On Nov 1, they came to do another assessment. On Nov 17, they sent a message indicating they would be arriving in 30 minutes. They did not notify us on the phone number I provided previously. Die to the lack of notification of the appointment, nobody was home but I called to see if they could wait 20 additional minutes. They said they could not and would not allow me to speak to a manager to escalate. They said the next appointment is Nov 27 and that is all they could do. This will mean we will be without a refrigerator for over 1 month due to their faulty initial repair. They completely lacked professionalism. The customer service rep said they had people screaming in both ears - apparently this was the manager - who would not get on the phone to speak with me. Rather than help their customer, they told me they were going to hang up on me because I kept asking for them to wait 20 minutes and they won't do that. I asked again and again to speak to a manager or let me leave a message and they said their manager did not have voicemail. I left my phone number for a call back and asked when I can expect that They said they will call back if the manager decides to call me back. So, we are without a refrigerator for another 2 weeks because they refuse to put in proper business practices and did not fix the refrigerator the first time
