I signed a contract to install/replace a garden kitchen window. Made initial deposit of ****** and a subsequent payment of ******* . The contract stated that the window would be installed on 8/25/23. Never heard back from them. I initiated an email requesting information no response. I contacted *********************, sales, and was told she no longer worked there. She gave me owners phone number , *********************,. I called him and left message. He contacted my husband at our home and said he was contemplating bankruptcy and had fired his entire staff. I received a follow up email from ************** that confirmed he received second payment on the 19th the day after he closed his business. He claims that staff did not follow appropriate procedures so window was never ordered, given that his business is closed and that he did not fully complete the contract , we have asked for a full refund. We have all documentation and have since not heard from him.
