Beware! They offer a 14 day refund to try the program They do not specify what you have to do to qualify for the refund. They say all you have to do is to "try the program" to qualify for a refund. Then when you request a refund they claim you did not do the requred activities. This is very false advertising!

We happily refund customers when they have met the refund policies customers agree to when they complete their purchase. We go to great lengths communicating our strict Do THE WORK refund policy on our website and order forms before a customer completes her investment. Customers are asked to electronically sign and agree to our refund policies so there are no misunderstandings. Our refund policy requires customers to try all aspects of the program within 14 days and if they can honestly say they didn't see any improvements in their relationship we happily refund every *****. In this case, this customer didn't try every aspect of the program which is why she didn't qualify for a refund. She filed a credit card dispute which was declined by her credit card company because she didn't meet our refund policy criteria. Again, we happily refund women who meet our refund criteria which we fully disclose on our order form and webpage. We are always sad when there is a misunderstanding about our fully disclosed refund policy such as in this case. Our webpage refund policy: "Theres no risk for first-time students.
