            On Aug 19, 2023 I took my Frenchie named DEBO that had a heat stroke to this Corona Animal Hospital and we had to put a deposit of $950. They checked him told us that he was in critical condition so we chose to euthanasia him, and when we received the bill it was $638 and I have the receipt. Then I was told I was going to get a refund in a couple days. On Aug 26 I received email of New Receipt with New Charges and on this receipt it dated on Aug 21. So I wasn't REFUNDED $312, I was charged the whole deposit of $950. I called Corona Animal Hospital regarding these new charges and I was informed that the new charges weren't included in the orignal charge because the Nurse forgot to include them. So I'm filing a Claim against Corona Animal Hospital regarding my REFUND of $312. Because im going by the original charges and not the new charges of a Nurses mistake and I find this unprofessional. Also I asked many questions regarding all the charges through this process of euthanizing DEBO and they were all answered, finalized amount was $638. I am uploading supporting documents, one of the original receipt and another one of the new receipt with the new charges.
