I purchased a grill from Mobile Music Bellingham, who ordered the grill through T-Rex. This grill is supposed to have a LifeTime Limited Warranty. There was an issue with a LED bar that had water in it, and a orange LED that was out, so I contacted Mobile Music who email T-Rex for warranty replacement parts. From there it took over 1 year to get the replacement LED bar, and it was the wrong part. I contact T-Rex again and have been in email back and forth explaining the situation. We are now over 1 year and 6 months past purchase date, still no parts or emails back from them. The last email received by them was on 8/26/2021, I replied and have 0 response. I have been in an email battle with them arguing that they have sent the wrong parts. I even had to pay the shop for the unfinished repair time, since no one new they were the wrong lights until the grill was fully taken off. We even sent them part #'s. Till this date there has been nothing form their department. All they said is that they are waiting on the old parts to be sent back, but I explained that they shipped the wrong ones to begin with. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and hopefully will get some resolution with this. I will NEVER buy a T-REX product ever again.
