Total disregard for people with mental illness.. discharged durning a crisis without reference, discharge plan or doctor order or medication. When I filed a complaint they claim I discharged myself because I didn’t like what the doctor said to me. A few week latter they changed their mind and claimed I discharged myself because I asked for a new doctor and they we’re unable to give me a new doctor. Because I was asked to leave the program during a crisis I ended up in an ER and admitted into a hospital for three days for anxiety. I went to the patient’s right advocate and of course she works for the hospital and so I did with them. I went to the CEO Of the hospital . When I first contacted him he wanted to help once I think he found out it was a mental health issue he backed off. Their mental health program Had bad leadership. The Director of mental health never sat down and talked to me about the issue she just covered her stuff and make sure everybody had their story straight. Their crisis line is another story I called them several times and have documentation showing that on my phone bill and they never returned my call. One time when I called them they didn’t even call me back the next day I called to find out why and The operator Cathy said, I have plenty of time to talk to you I just forgot my bad. This place is scary and should be shut down in my opinion especially the mental health. The mental Health facility is nasty the bathrooms are worse than any gas station I’ve ever been in the tables They eat on outside or disgusting the health department needs to show up there. Stay away from this place if you want your family or friends to get help for their mental health issues go somewhere where the people are caring. And closing if you do end up there before you leave ask them for your medical records to check their accuracy. When I left my last admission the doctor And I had a heart disease and a thyroid disease which I have neither one
