Last month I had bought a brand new 2024 evolution golf cart for $12,000. I was satisfied with the dealer who sold me the golf cart. But unfortunately, a few days later, the golf cart was in a small accident where the hood windshield and headlight broke. Theyre all plastic pieces. I thought it would be no big deal to replace the issue is I cannot order parts. The dealer has no customer service line and when I was finally called back, the lady was prompt and rude to only hang up on me with no resolution , my golf cart is currently drivable and I am making a monthly Payment. I cant get the part from anywhere else As they are the only distributor around. even the dealers that I have been going to, cannot get through to evolution to order part it is almost feeling like a scam. Would like to be able to order my parts or return the golf cart since I cant do anything with it Id rather have the parts but at the situation that Im in, Im stuckInitial Complaint

We had purchased an Evolution Classic 4 Pro Golf Cart in 2021 from a local dealer in Palm Harbor, *******, Capital Golf Carts. The Cart has a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Approximately 2 month ago it was determined by the dealer that we had a defective motor. The service manager said that it will most likely take 2 plus months for the motor to arrive. They have another customer that has been waiting 4 months. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Evolution in getting parts. The dealer said there is no ETA *********** will not return emails. So at this point I have a $10000 golf cart that is not running but still under warranty.Initial Complaint

PURCHASED A EVOLUTION D5 FROM A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR NAMED ONE ELEVEN CARTS IN SUMMERVILLE, SC ON JUNE 21ST, 2023. WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A 'CERTIFICATE OF ORGIN' FROM THE DEALER AND THEY ADVISED THAT EVOLUTION CORP WILL NOT PROVIDE THIS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMPANY WHO HAVE ADVISED ME THAT THIS SHOULD BE PROVIDED. I WAS TOLD THE DEALER JUST NEEDS TO REQUEST IT AND IT WILL BE PROVIDED FROM EVOLUTION. I HAVE SPOKE TO EVOLUTION ON7 DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND THEY ARENT BEING HELPFUL. I HAVE A RIGHT TO THIS DOCUMENT AS I PURCHASED THIS CART. I CONTACT THE SC DMV NAD WAS ADVISED THIS IS A REQUIREMENT AND SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY THE DEALER OR MANUFACTURER. I AM ASKING FOR THIS DOCUMENT TO BE SENT TO ME IMMEDIATELY TO ABIDE BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE LAWS AND THE FTA.
