      I bought a lamp from their website, but it turned out to be defective and not working. When I contacted their service representative, they sent me repair instructions and asked me to fix it myself.

      I recently had a fantastic experience with **** when I ordered a TV console. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged, but **** handled everything like a pro. The process of getting a replacement was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their customer service team was super responsive and genuinely concerned about making things right. They quickly arranged for a new console to be sent out and made sure it arrived at the perfect time. I was really impressed with how efficiently they managed everything and kept me updated throughout. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, **** turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a breeze. Id definitely recommend them for their excellent service and hassle-free process!

      Good showroom experience. ***, salesman, was helpful & didn't crowd us. Prices are competitive with "the other store". Delivery made to fit our schedule. With high tech used, we were able to see where truck was ?? ***************** ****, kept us in the loop so we could plan our time on delivery day?? ************** driver ************ helper (his dad), were very good?? It was evident they were experienced furniture movers. They were very cour?te?ous & pleasant?? All in all, we had a very positive experience & would gladly recommend HomeZone to friends and family.

      This company is outrageous! I called to inquire about three items and told the representative I only wanted one of the items. They shipped all three and build my credit card for $2,100! They said they are not taking anything back even though this was their error!I strongly recommend you avoid doing business with this company
