      The Homary team has awesome customer service, I recently ordered a glasstop from them which got broken by the delivery people and Homary replaced the whole thing for free with no complications, they were very nice the entire time which left me very satisfied! I would shop here again.

      Homary has excelled in its customer service and my purchase. I was very excited to order the English telephone bookcase in red for the its stylish, whimsical and most importantly, its usefulness. However, when I assembled the good-quality bookcase as per the simple picture directions, I noticed a couple small snafus along the way. There was a back panel that was scratched so the red finish was riddled with white scratches. Secondly, the top corner of the booth lid displayed a dried glue glop that overflowed its lid border. It was too hard to scrape clean and unfortunately noticeable to the naked eye. When I contacted customer service, I communicated with *******. From the very start, he offered an unexpected resolution to send a replacement. ******* also accommodated my revised request change to send the black telephone booth bookshelf instead. I immediately paid the price difference and now I wait like a schoolgirl like its Christmas, again. Thank you so much for the much appreciated resolution, ************** Homary. I know I will love the black telephone bookshelf will soon enjoy a bit of ****** ambience at home!

      I recently ordered a side table. It came well packaged and in a timely manner. The table is beautiful but did not work in my space. I used the online return process with no problem. ****** was my customer service representative. She emailed consistently to check on how my return was going. She was patient and professional. Thank you!

      I received a damaged product (huge crack in the table top). Despite it clearly stating on the website that returns are free if product is damaged, I had a back and forth with customer service through email about 20 times. They made the return impossible. I packed and re-packed the box 3 times to send them pictures. In the end they said I was missing an insignificant piece of plastic packing film, and therefore my return was invalid. Basically they come up with any excuse to save their money. I ultimately had to dispute charges with my credit card company because youll never get a real person on the phone to resolve your issue. Just an AI message when you call the number.

      I had issues trying to reach "live" people to speak to at the phone number they list for customer service; however, I had excellent responsiveness from both live chat (when it was working) and also via email. I give 5 stars to *** who is a customer service manager who assisted me with an order that I needed to cancel after the purchase. *** was extremely prompt, very courteous, and handled any questions quickly bringing all to a successful resolution. *** was outstanding!
