    I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the two boucle white chairs. Not only did both chairs arrive missing 4 armrests, but the vendor has also been uncooperative when trying to resolve the issue. Despite the defective condition of the chairs, they refused to accept a return due to their "no return" policy on assembled furniture, even though the issue is clearly a result of their oversight. The fact that they only offered a 20% refund on the incomplete chairs is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this vendor based on this experience.

    I ordered a table from Homary. When I placed the order I inadvertently left another table in my cart. in other words, I paid them $1,800 for two tables. As soon as I realized. my mistake I notified them and asked them not to ship 2 tables. They agreed and I received one table, however, it was not the size I ordered, it was much smaller. It took at least a month for my credit to appear in my account. I went out of the country and upon my return I found the same table I had ordered shipped again and my account was charged another $941.00. It took many email exchanges with them to convince Homary to take the table back and not charge me the shipping charges. All the communication with them appears to be computer-generated. The language is always the same. Try to call them on the phone, it is impossible to get through. All of this started in October, it's now January 28, 2025, and I still don't have my refund. Stay away from purchasing from HOMARY. It is a scam. Unhappy customer in ********* **

    I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a king bed frame from them with a white glove delivery, when a third-party service, hired by them, came to assemble the bed they realized some of the parts were missing and could not finish the assembly.Therefore, there was an unassembled halfway done bedframe lying in my ********** far it has been six days into this with absolutely no help despite repeated calls, escalation request, talking to a manager.Once they get paid for their product they are done with you. I request you to be aware of buying it from them. They work on ********* hours. Theyre not good at getting back to you. They dont respond to emails and frankly, they dont care. This is the worst service Ive ever received all my life for all the things that Ive ordered. I do not recommend Homary to anyone.

    *****, our representative went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure a complete and very successful resolution. He is not only professional but an empathetic person who understood our situation. He took time to listen and although he was not the final decision maker, he escalated the issue and was persistent in resolving the matter. Thank you *****,Homary, is very fortunate to have you as a member of their team. After the fire situation is under control, I definitely will be ordering from Homary and letting other victims of the ***** fire to please look at your website to start rebuilding their lives.

    I purchased a media cabinet which I really liked and I was shocked to find the delivery time was 5 months away but after speaking with customer service I was told that it'll arrive in a month and a half so I placed the order. I must mention that if a business has it so hard to replace an item then they NEED to require signature upon delivery. I finally found the package which was delivered to the neighbors and struggled immensely to even move it as it was extremely heavy! This should have arrived in two manageable packages. Then I came to assemble it and the instructions were the worst which I had seen in a long time! I eventually managed to figure it out, the only reason I purchased this cabinet was because of the images that showcase 4 large drawers and a product **** says that it comes with "Ample storage", the cabinet has space but they have made 4 small drawers which only take up half the space!!! I'd like to mention that whenever I called, their customer service representatives were always amazingly polite and kind but the resolutions were a disaster asking you to take the entire cabinet that is difficult to assemble apart so you could send them aerial shot of the parts laid out! All in all, it was a stressful experience and exhausting to purchase from this store and I purchase a lot from many brands due to the nature of my job.

    I feel lucky finding that website That website offers goods you hard ever find out anywhere else - modern and beautiful.I absolutely love the things I purchased. Lightenings, mirrors, decoration, some piases of furniture /all looks elegant and modern.I received many complements about.Customer service is very good and respond promtly for any request.I highly recommend that website.
