I got a monster that was expired and it made me sick. The color of the monster was brown and it expired on June 27 of 2023. The monster I bought this morning is the rehab so the color of the drink is not supposed to be dark brownBusiness response

7/7/23 as you will see in the video the coffeeonster was not fit to serve a animal . I can't even open a can I just ran to 711 to get one and puked this is the most disgusting smell, site to see first thing in the morning I've worked nursing 30 years and this smell is something beyond.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not got a response from them. I'm not the type of person too complain but this was truly disgusting. Now that came in a case and how that got in that can or what was in the can is really disturbing to think about. I drank a few sips off of one can but it spilled this can was second can opened. The thought of what I put in my body has made me sick . If they where concerned they would have reached out by now ? They have my email my phone number and address of sure of it. They can even send a text but nothing. They need to think about if it was them ? I swore by this company I work alot of over nights and doubles so I consume alot and spend alot of money daily with this company .Business response

Our records show that we made attempts to contact the consumer. However, we were not successful and the consumer did not return any of our calls or emails.
7/10/23- Called consumer, no answer left vm Sent email.
7/12/23- Called consumer no answer unable to leave vm and sent email.
7/14/23-Called consumer no answer unable to leave vm and sent email.
7/18/23 - Called consumer, no answer, not able to leave vm, mailbox is full.We will try to reach her again. She can also contact us directly at *************************** and reference our CR # 1872269
