      We ordered a King size Personal Comfort Bed from this company, the first bed arrived was 2" too short, they sent another bed and said we had to ship the first bed back, the second bed was 2" too short as well, we had an extremely difficult time packaging the first bed to ship back and could not do it they way they instructed us to. they will not send a new bed of the correct dimensions and I want a significant refund, they have lied to me about the process and have not given us the product we paid $4000.00 dollars for

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19*****9, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I have been told I will be receiving a check for $1200.00, if and when I receive that I will remove my complaint

       Shown below is an email sent to Americannationalmfg.com on November 29, 2022. As of the date of this complaint Americannationalmfg.com has not provided any communication to provide me answers nor has provided me the repaired or a new pump replacement. I need my pump. I have been dealing with a health issue and not to have the pump repaired in the timeframe Americannationalmfg.com outlined 2-3 weeks without additional communication with the customer is neglect and acting in bad faith. The price of this type of bed with the pump was over $1,000.00. The pump began to not work properly and I reached out to the Warranty department for assistance. I sent the pump in at my own expense which was received October 18, 2022 according to ***** after additional telephone calls and a email requesting the status on the pump Shipping and tracking number of the shipper but to no avail. I look forward to working with the BBB to get this matter resolved EXPEDITIOUSLY with additional awareness and enforcement short of legal action for now. 12-2-2022 at 1:13PM Dear Americannationalmfg.com: I am requesting a Supervisor (Superior) for ***** ********.   I have been working with Ms. ******** and have reached out to her on multiple communication regarding the status of my bed pump repair.  I have contacted ***** twice in two weeks inquiring about the status of my repair on bed pump but no information has been shared as of date.  According to ***** the pump was received on October 18, 2022 which has been over a month plus. I need my pump for my bed and have been very dissatisfied with the lack of response regarding the return and tracking status to determine when to expect delivery.  I am requesting that management provide me the requested information by Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Please provide me the tracking Shipping information and if my repair/replacement has been completed. *********  11-29-2022 at 1:30PM

      This message is in response to a complaint submitted to the BBB on or about 12/2/2022 by ***** *******. Complaint #18****49.

      Upon investigation by American National Mfg., it was determined ***** *******'s pump was returned to us and left uninspected for a prolonged period of time. 

      Once inspected we provided ***** ******* with a repair quote. He agreed to pay the cost of repairs. However, because the inspection took longer than anticipated, we repaired the pump at no cost to the customer and returned it to him free of charge.
