Ours is a long complaint, so far 18 months. Had many issues and have diligently worked to resolve them. Many were fixed while they were on site, but others required more time and materials. We’re still waiting for our patios to be completed. We selected this company because their project book included designs that fit our house. Our project is 2 covers, a gable and a conventional type. We contracted for both in June 2020, ($18K) with a forecast install in August. In February we’re told that both patios were ready. The first delivery was the gable material, much of it caked with mud. During the delivery, they find that they had not ordered a header for the other cover. Weeks more delay were incurred. The gable patio is 80% done, with big issues. Their design requires that roof screws be installed accurately to prevent them being seen from underneath. They failed, many are off-line and visible. The fix is an extrusion to cover them. There are other issues – e.g. the gutters leak badly. Repairs are promised, but nothing gets done. The second patio should have been easy. Started with a panic - the beam insert was 4 ft short. It just covers the span, they assure us it’s safe. They botch the build, (leaning posts, out of square, no downspouts). They left after we stop them from installing a defective roof panel. The cover was 60% done with big problems. Urgent calls brought out ***** *****, the new GM. His inspection validated all our complaints. He assured us we wouldn’t wait for repairs, but we did. Once they had materials, I had to help with the post, header, and squareness issues. There was lots of metal-on-metal movement, lots of scratches, and all roof screws were removed and re-installed. We’re assured that scratches will be invisible as they have matching paint. This patio seemed complete, needing cleaning and paint touchup - which is promised but never done. We find the cover leaks from most every seam. We complain, get repairs lined up, but nothing gets done.Business response

We have discussed the issues directly with the customer and we are working to resolve them with the customers, and we are all on the same page with the repairs that are needed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because ...With all due respect, we have "discussed and been on the same page" since at least April 2021. The challenge has been getting any of the needed repairs accomplished. We would like to keep the BBB involved in the resolution process until we actually complete the work.Thank you for your continued assistance,******* ***

We went to ***************** to complete the requested corrections on March 17th 2022.Our operation manager ******* stayed on site the entire day to ensure that Mr. *** was satisfied.Mr. *** also stood outside the entire day and personally watched all the work being done. At the end of the day Mr. *** verbally told ******* that everything looked good. From our understanding this completed the corrections needed for Mr. **** Since then we have reached out to collect the remaining balance of $6,570 and have not been able to reach Mr. *** to collect payment. To this day the balance remains unpaid.In an effort to resolve this matter we are willing to wave the remaining balance if this can be closed out.Thank you*******************;
