            Our baby daughter was born at Washington Hospital in Fremont. It is in-network in our insurance and we settled all of our co-pay bills with the hospital. This was last August, today i receive a scam mail from this Infant Hearing Screening Specialists demanding $300 from me, and it shows they already received $800 from my insurance for two hearing tests that my baby went through at the hospital. I have never signed any agreement to this random company, and no bill was ever presented to me when I checked out from the hospital. My insurance covers everything at Washington Hospital, this bill is a scam and many other parents receive the same scam bill from this provider, even though the insurance already paid. I'm not paying this bill because I never authorized their service. Patient name: Yoyo Wu PAN: M8*****92 Balance Due: 300.00

            This company sent me a bill for an Infant Hearing Test. We paid the bill, in full, on their website. The site is www.ihssca.net Weeks later the company is pretending that it never received our payment. I called and provided them with proof of our payment and they still claimed to have no record of it. This is a poorly done scam. They wont ever get another dollar from me, but I want others to beware of their shady tactics.
