      Airplus installed our ac/heater in our new home and we have a three zone house and the down stairs heater works and the upstairs heater does not. I called my customer care representative through the Woodside Homes and they then reach out to Airplus to come out and service my heater. Mind you it is the middle of the winter and my house gets down to 57 degrees inside I live in a 3 month old house I should not have to be freezing in my new home. Airplus reaches out to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and telling me are you sure you know how to use the thermostat (after I just told her the downstairs heater works so I think I do) and then offering me appointments in the morning after I told her I can’t miss work and I work from 4am- 4pm. So the soonest they can come is in 12 days, they then call me two days before my appointment to reschedule due to a scheduling issue I then explained to her that’s not an option and she tried to do morning appointments again and when I told her that’s not an option for me she began to get attitude and I asked to speak with the manager (never heard from her). Finally another scheduler called me to say they will “accommodate” the situation and keep my appointment. The day of the appointment the techs came out late and they say it’s fixed and when asking what was wrong with it he said when the equipment was installed it was installed incorrectly. so their company who is supposed to be experts in A/C and heating installed my equipment in my brand new home incorrectly. So now it is 3 days later and my heater does not work again ( it is 38 degrees outside and raining and in my house is 60 degrees). In the end if I had a choice I would not have used this company and if you have a choice don’t go to them save your money and find a better solution then them.

      I've had some bad service, but this was THE WORSE! Technician named "Erick" came out to my place to check why the downstairs bedroom wasn't getting any air. From the start he didn't seem to be in the best mood, but thought nothing of it. He checked the air from the start and stated it was a problem. Proceeded to go to the attic and said he had "moved" part of the product to see if more airflow was going. After about 5 minutes of testing, there was nothing happening. Rather than trying to fix the problem, he gave solution that were temporary or made me close off air from a different point of the house to get it to go there. I said I didn't want that and said I had to take it up with the builder if I want to get it solved. After telling him I only want the problem fixed, he said "the company doesn't guarantee air flow". From that point is was a downward spiral of him giving me excuse after excuse of why nothing can be done. After trying to argue with me for 10 minutes while the place was cooling, he told me I had to keep a door open to get an "accurate" reading of air flow. However, that's not accurate as someone shouldn't be dependent on another source one theirs in another room isn't working. Of course the cold air from another room went in there and he said the temperatures are the same, but WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? Is someone supposed to have the door open the whole time just to get cool air and leave their door open all the time. He continued to argue and say the same thing over and over again when I told him I just want the main issue fixed. He said there was nothing he could do, packed his stuff up, and left. After leaving, I saw the MESS he left at my place with fingerprints all over the attic door, the foam from the attic all over the carpet, not wearing booties, and some marks on my wall from his ladder. If you get this guy, tell him to turn around and get help from someone else. I'm going to continue to complain about this guy to them! -5 out of 5!
