            My son came off of the insurance after a car accident at the beginning of this year. His car was a total loss therefor he didnt need to be on the insurance. Eventually Statefarm told us there was a paper that was supposed to be signed by me and returned stating that my son was coming off of our insurance . I went to their office to sign this paper. A couple of months later I was told that the paper that I signed had an incorrect date and had to go back to the office to sign again with the correct date. I received my statement for July 2023 showing my insurance went from $149.74 to $428.60. I contacted Statefarm and was told that I had to pay it or my insurance would be cancelled and once everything was processed we would be issued a refund. A payment was made on 8/11/23. We received a statement for August 2023 and it stated that we owed $388.82. Again, I was told that once this paper was processed I would get a refund. That payment was made on 8/25/23. When we asked for corporates number Joshua Marsh stated that we should not waste our time since the complaint would go straight to him and there was nothing that would be done. This situation has been going on since the beginning of this year 2023 and when we contact Statefarm they say they see all the notes in the system and do not understand why its taking this long to process this paper but yet no one is doing anything to help us get our refunds. Messages have been left and nothing has been resolved. We are not sure what we can do at this point.
