On June 6, I ordered item #********* (3 step drop down ladder) from SeaLux Marine. Order number: 3481 and I paid them $86.00 through PayPal. The ladder didn't fit, so I requested an RMA via their internet returns page. After several days, I hadn't received a reply for the RMA, so I called their phone number. They never answer the phone and they have no way for you to leave a voice mail. All you get is a recorded message saying, "Hello. Thank you for calling our company. We are not available to take your call right now. Please call again later. Good Bye." After calling multiple times a day over a two week period, someone finally answered the phone on July 11. They reviewed my request and sent me a prepaid return label via email. The USPS tracking number was: **********************. I followed the return mailing instructions and provided copies of their RMA email and a copy of the original order. USPS tracking showed that they received the return on July 14. It's now August 4, and I still have not received my refund. Like before, I have been calling them several times a day for the last three weeks but no live person answers the phone. All I get is the same recorded message as before. On July 31, I sent an inquiry to them via their internet submittal web page asking when I would receive my refund. Five days have passed and I still have not received a reply. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from any company. If I don't receive a full refund very soon, I will investigate what legal charges that I can file against them. Please help!
