On December 12,2023 I made the decision along with my husband to pick up our 2017 Polaris Razor and not do the repair work with your company. On the morning of December ******* we provided you a Cashiers Check for the amount of $9,000 as a deposit. Due to the owner **** not being able to explain the change in labor rates (from $5,000 - $10,000) to me we picked up the Razor and no work was completed. **** also called me (female) a grip because I wanted an explanation on the changes on our labor rates. **** advised my husband as well as the Corona ************ he would mail us a refund check once the cashiers check cleared the bank. I have not received a check as my bank has advised the $9,000 cashiers check cleared as of 12/12/2023. It is now 12/21/2023 and NO RESPONSE or CHECK from the company. I have emailed and texted **** numerous times since 12/12/2023 and am receiving no response. We DID NOT do the work with this company as they wanted to over-charge just because he knew the amount we received from our insurance. WE NEED A FULL REFUND ASAP!!!

I was referred to Corona Motor Worx (***) by a co-worker, who has a close relationship with the shop. I dropped off my Jet Ski on ******. The jet ski was diagnosed by **** (the owner) and a few days later I received a call that my ski required a new battery and a new electronic box. After several weeks and calls asking for status of my jet ski, I finally received a call that the jet ski was ready for pick up on ******. I picked up the Jet Ski on ****** and tested on ******. After paying over $1,750.00 for the repairs of my Jet Ski, the Jet Ski continued to experience the exact same problem it had before it when into ***. On Monday Aug 28, 2023, I called several times and left messages trying to get a hold of someone at ***. On Tuesday Aug 29, 2023, after more calls I finally got a hold of **** (Mechanic) and explained the situation to him and asked if I could drop off my Jet Ski at ***. **** responded with a " we do not have time for you right now, we are busy", maybe we can get you in sometime in October 2023. Needless to say, I was upset and requested to have the owner **** call me ASAP. I received a voice message from **** later that day with what I considered to be a threat. **** stated in his voice message that "he did not appreciate me requesting immediate attention and he followed the message with a threat, BE PREPARE TO TALK TO A REAL MAN NEXT TIME. With this threat on my voice messages, I immediately call the Orange ************************* and filed a complaint. After the police officer heard the voice message, he suggested I DO NOT contact the *** due to concerns of this situation escalating to something much greater. I was expecting a simple, bring in the ski and let us look at it again. Instead, I received a threat from the owner ****. This is not a place I would recommend for any type of work on your recreational vehicles. I will now file a lawsuit as the police officer suggested.

On 7/30/21 I rented two jet skis for $1000.00 from Corona Motor Workz for the weekend. One of the jet skis didn’t work correctly due to a mechanical failure of some sort. ******* **** from CMW emailed me on 8/11/21 stating that I would receive a refund of $600.00 for the broken jet ski. I’ve tried calling CMW several times to resolve this issue but can’t seemed to get in contact with anyone this is why I’m reaching out to the BBB for help.
