            I ordered a pair of their 4.5 slip-ons for my *** R18 Transcontinental. Before I placed the order I made two telephone calls to their customer service and tech support to verify the fit with my bikes saddlebags and the saddlebag guards. Both time I was assured that they would fit and be installed without any problems or complications. One the pipes arrived I anxiously took the bike and popes to my local *** dealer to get them installed. Needless to say they did not fit and would rub when installed. I spoke with one of Freedom Performance reps who said they dont do any kind of refund, (which I was asking for a full refund), return (wast asking for that either), or make any effort to compensate or make amends for their error. They even stated that no one at their company admitted to speaking with me or even taking the order. I am seeking compensation for the saddlebag guards that I can no longer use.

            Spent 800 dollars and receive a damaged product. After been told that ***** will pick up days later I'm told I need to print a return lable. Days later I check when it would be picked up and I'm told I have to go drop it. About two weeks go by then I get the replacement. This time ia missing the Rear exsause pipe with the sharp curb that connects to the Rear head. I contact them and a week goes by and then I'm told on a Thursday that they submitted a warranty. That friday I contact then and ask for a manager for the 4th time and its never available. I ask if my part was shipped and I'm told it's too late that it will be shipped Monday. I call them that Thursday to see if it was shipped and I'm told I boxed and awaiting shipment most likely friday I call Friday and are closed for the hollidays. Spent too much money in this company and they don't give a hoot about the costomer. I was lied that the company owner was going to call me back and never got a response from him via email. Here I am still waiting on my part about 2 months after the original order. This company ***** and its unacceptable and would not do nothing for the costomer. Don't buy from them.
