I am satisfied with the LulaRoe clothing I have received, four skirts, one dress and now two pairs of jeans. The skirts and dress I have worn personally and professionally for nearly four years now; the pair of jeans are some of the best I have ever purchased. I constantly get complimented on the clothes, even the older skirts which I swear people have seen me in multiple times. They are super comfortable and even survived the "COVID 15" many of us gained during the shutdown. Granted I have never been a distributor or bought leggings which seems where most of the complaints come from, but the clothing I have bought is well made and super comfortable, which I expect from the slightly higher price I pay for them over brick and mortar retailers. However, to me it is worth it. The only reason I haven't' given five stars is my recent online denim purchase. I am in-between sizes, and apparently bought the wrong size. Although wearable, I did ask to exchange or return the jeans for the other size, but heard nothing back (not even a "no") from the independent retailer, only a second form email that didn't address my personal concern. I went ahead and unsubscribed from her emails after the non-response and ordered the better size from her competitor. She has lost my repeat business because I have a 4/5 view of this brand. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice and to consider LuLaRoe (it's not perfect but certainly not horrible in my opinion as other reviewers believe on this page). My only caution is be prepared for a no return/limited return policy. I'm hoping this second online retailer is more attentive to good customer's legitimate questions such as mine.

I wish I had never purchased from Lularoe retailers. Like others here, I am also receiving a ton of unsolicited emails from Lularoe retailers since they apparently buy and sell customer lists amongst each other. It’s like playing whack a mole trying to unsubscribe from them all- I have tried complaining to the corporate office a couple years ago and was basically told that they are independent retailers and corporate doesn’t have control over how they run their businesses which is of course utter garbage. They could absolutely set forth rules about this but they choose not to because they’re a desperate failing business.

I am getting 400-500 spam emails daily from Lularoe Consultants that I never signed up for. I cannot unsubscribe to everyone I receive and when I do I seem to be receiving more. I emailed the Lularoe Corporate Office asking to take my emails (I have 2 they send spam to) off their list they sell to consultants without any response. This is unethical and annoying to fill my email and junk mail up daily with emails for ugly clothes I am not interested in.

Their warranty is beyond ridiculous. No way to simply return for a refund. Watch the Amazon Prime Docu-series “LuLa Rich” for a true picture of this horrible and cheap clothing line.

I’ve been watching this show Lula Rich. I don’t know about everyone else - I have over 50 pair of their leggings which I purchased mostly from ebay sellers. I have NEVER had an issue - I LOVE these leggings!!! I have mostly black or a black print of some sort, holiday leggings and I’ve never received a bad pair. Some I’ve been wearing for wearing over 3 years. I will continue to buy them as long as they exist.

I have had great experience as a customer as well as now a Retailer. I’ve been in business for a little over 2 months and have been able to produce new costumers weekly, with sales increasing weekly. I understand that my customers experiences are successful due to the ethics I hold myself too as a business owner. I also understand that lularoe is the Brand I use but they don’t reflect who I am or how I conduct myself or my business. Upon signing my contract, I was never promised a buy back option, which I would never even ask for. Starting a business is risky, and in my opinion, if you have any sense of business knowledge, you know there is risk of losing your investment if you cannot run your business successfully..!That is not LuLaRoes responsibility to take back what someone cannot sell. I love the sisterhood I have with other retailers, as well as the weekly calls I receive from corporate office. I love that they check on me and encourage me to succeed.
