I received my skin products from BeFlawless on June 25, 2024. The same night I applied them and immediately over night had an allergic reaction. The next morning I had to be rushed to Urgentcare as I was having issues breathing. I emailed Beflawless the same day via IG and they redirected me to send an email. I then proceeded to send an email requesting a refund and it has been over a month and I have not received a refund. I tried to reach out to them today via IG, however this company has now blocked me. Its very sad that I would not want to support a small businesses because this experience has been nothing but unpleasant. I have been extremely patient, however, I do not feel this is fair for a company to operate and provide such poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I placed an order Sunday 9/3/22. I didn’t receive a confirmation until 9/7/22 which also included a tracking number. Since then I have continued to track this package and per USPS a shipping label has been created, but are awaiting for the product to be taken to them. The skin products are a bit pricey, and on top of that you have to pay for shipping! I expected my package to be here no later than 1 week and by the looks of it I’m going to be waiting longer than that. Solution is to ship out the package asap or a refund of my money.
