I went to the Pieology restaurant in Corona Ca on 8/9/22. When I paid the employee charged the wrong amount. He said he voided it and the charge the correct amount. The “manager” at the time said it was done. On 8/11/22 I check my bank account and the charge is still there. I called and spoke to a “manager” and he took my information and said I would receive a call back to resolve it. On 8/13/22 I checked my account the charge is still there and I haven’t received a call back. I called on 8/13/22 around 610 pm and asked for the manager. A girl gets on the phone and states she is the “manager”. I told her the situation and she stated there is nothing she could do and I have to keep calling to speak to a manager. So she lied about her title. She was extremely rude, has no common sense and no customer service skills and hung up on me. As a “manager” “ shift lead” she should know how to handle upset guest.I want my money back and feel they are giving me the run around to not fix the issue. The manager on the original day 8/9/22 was also rude and she realized it and gave my mom and I a ticket for a free pizza that for sure I will not be using and I told her that. This place definitely has a customer service issue. Please help.Business response

I have contacted the guest on 9/8/22 via email and left a phone message and have not heard back. I re-sent an email today. We need some information to process the refund, I will continue to reach out to rectify the situation.
