I purchased an auxiliary pump for $450 from Bill. It failed within 8 months,A technician , *******, came out said it was The rain . Charged me another $125.******* left the circuit breaker tripped and said I needed a new relay and we he would be back in 3 days . That was October 12.They have not come back and will not answer my calls . I would like a refund of $575Initial Complaint

Hello, I hope you can help. I reached out to the business owner multiple times to request for the repair of the pool heater he installed. The invoice is attached stating 2 years warranty. He responded initially with intention to fix the currently non-working pool heater but never showed up. He ignores the email and multiple text attempts to request for the repair. Thank you
