            I booked this trip for myself and my sister in law in 2019. In march 2020 the trip was cancelled. I was told the event would be rebooked so I waited patiently for the first year. When it was finally rebooked we found out many vendors were not signing up and I was unable to attend the new date for 2021. I requested several times to be refunded my $903 and was told over and over again "I'm on the list". I have spoken to many people and have heard of no-one getting their refund. I was told this year (2023) I would be getting my refund but then upon inquiring was told circumstances change and now they still don't know when I'll be getting my refund. It's been over 3 years. There are many people in my position.

            This business will take your money and will not refund it when they cancel a show. Beware!!!! I have been requesting a refund for over 2 years now for the 2020 show that was cancelled. I keep getting excuses but I have not seen a dime returned. Meanwhile they continue to sell items online and are generating money they won't give back to customers who registered for their events in good faith.

            We are now back to business in the majority of our locations and ALL Gift Certificates are now being honored. You are welcome to use your Gift Card at any Stamp & Scrapbook Expo for its full amount. As with the majority of ALL event companies in the United States and even all of our airline companies, gift certificates were issued in order to not file bankruptcy. We have managed to stay in business through some very trying times.

            A gift certificate does me no hood! Since the event didn’t happen where did my money go? I was able to cancel a hotel and airline ticket for a full refund during that time. So obviously you spent my money on something else like maybe your personal salary?
