      Their product ruined my sneakers. I was looking to get reimbursed and spoke to a *************************** via email. **** told me to send pictures of the damaged sneakers, proof of purchase of the cleaner, and answer the provided questions so they could review. This was all done and they haven't responded or responded to my follow up emails.

      Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this situation. We acknowledge ************************* contacted Shoe MGK customer support on June 17, 2024 at 10:02?AM. One of the members of our customer service team promptly responded to ************** at June 17, 2024 at 5:21?PM, requesting additional information necessary for our investigation process. Unfortunately, we did not receive a follow-up correspondence with the requested details. After reviewing our systems, we confirmed that we did not receive a response to move the investigation along.

      To assist ************** further, we need him to send us the requested information to help us determine the cause of the damage. This information is crucial for connecting the appropriate parties.

      It is important to note that all our carts and kiosks are independently owned and operated, and issues that arise at the cart level are handled by the cart owner, not by Shoe MGK, as we are the manufacturer and distributor.

      We appreciate your attention to this matter and assure you of our continued commitment to resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I did indeed send a response which included pictures of the damaged sneakers, proof of purchase, and I answered all the questions as requested. The email can also be resent.

      ordered 2 stain and water repellant bottles, never got them and I ordered them back in early December. Emailed numerous times through the weeks leading up to January and no response. Found the company’s phone number around beginning of this month, Had a friendly great convo with the manager who said he’d make it his top priority to send me my replacement since I never received the package. That was over 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. They are in Corona, CA I’m in Citrus Heights, CA, it takes no more than 3-4 days from SoCal to NorCal to receive something. Tried calling them again right now and it says number is no longer in service. This is sus and I just want my bottles.

      We have previously been in contact with this customer about this issue. We also shipped a replacement for their order once before to the address provided by the customer. According to the tracking information the order was delivered, but never received by the customer.


      We reached out directly to Yashar on Friday Jan 28, 2022 . Per our conversation, Yashar provided an updated shipping address and replacement bottles have been sent to him. 


      We have confirmed with Yashar that they have indeed received the replacement order on Sunday Jan 30, 2022.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 166****3, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      They are good people and I appreciate them and their great reliable products. 
      They made it more than right for me.
