              I placed an order on 7/5/23. Order#*********. Tracking number provided showed that the product was delivered on 7/8 via USPS but I did not receive it. I wanted to seek help so I contacted Tara Skincare 3 different occasions via email, 7/9, 7/12 and 7/17. No response from them. I called a number on their website but it was not a working number so I'm unable to talk to anyone. I find it very unprofessional to ignore all my inquiries when I clearly need their help.

              I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for my product about 7 weeks ago, have never received it, and all of the 9 emails I’ve sent have gone unanswered.
