Hello, I placed an order on 7/12/24, ************ charged me twice for the Same product. I tried to reach out via email and phone but no response. I let it slide because I've bought the product before and liked it so I decided that I'd be OK if they sent both. Fast forward to over a week later, I received both products but they were expired. I emailed the company about 4 to 5 times but no response. I've tried calling but the phone is disconnected. I've been trying to return both items for a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 7/5/23. Order#*********. Tracking number provided showed that the product was delivered on 7/8 via USPS but I did not receive it. I wanted to seek help so I contacted Tara Skincare 3 different occasions via email, 7/9, 7/12 and 7/17. No response from them. I called a number on their website but it was not a working number so I'm unable to talk to anyone. I find it very unprofessional to ignore all my inquiries when I clearly need their help.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get in contact with this business for over two days and cant reach them through email, phone, and facebook messenger. My calls go straight to voicemail on some of the calls. I paid through zelle 98.25 and my order number is *********. I have not been sent any information about shipping or been able to hear from anyone from the company. I would like my money back. Send me my money back if you're not going to send the product. This isn't right.Business response

I made a purchase. I paid for purchase using my debit card via Quickbooks as instructed by the company. When I initially made my order, I was told that the payment would process within 24 hours and the item would ship. The payment was processed, but the item still has not been shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times through several of their email addresses. I have also reached out to them on social media. No one has responded. Their customer service claims to be 24/7 but this is not accurate. I would just like the item or my money back. I have filed a consumer report with the FTC, so that any future legal proceedings will have my complaint.Business response

I've spent hundreds of dollars on products from this website over the years. If you never need any customer service, it's fine. Unfortunately, they sent me old stock the last 2 times. I tried to contact customer service and got no reply. They also never credited me the points they promise as part of the reward program. Their website states you get points for orders AND reviews. They have never credited me points for any reviews. To try to get them to fix it, I placed a new order and waited to pay for it, asking that someone fix the points before I pay the invoice. They simply deleted the invoice, so now I have even less points because I used what I had toward that order AND now I can't pay for my order. I have no points and no products. No one responds to emails. There is no working phone number.Initial Complaint

I ordered two products totaling $69.55 on June 30 and have still not received them. I've emailed and received no response. Since you have to pay via Cashapp or something similar, you are not protected by your bank. The weird thing is that I ordered from this company last September and did receive the product. I placed an order with Tara skin care. I paid them $32.44 on 6/3/22. The emailed me on 6/8 with tracking information. According to USPS they only created a label but never mailed the item. They have not responded to my 2 emails nor the 1 facebook message I sent. I tried calling today and no answer and It didn’t allow me to leave a message.
