I purchased three sets of waterbed sheets for my daughter's waterbed 4/22/21 they were shipped 4/23/2021 delivered to me weeks later. Now first my daughter is special needs, Autism is her one of her disabilities she has a few. Children with severe autism will hold things in their hands, rub them, rock, etc etc. I purchased these sheets for her bed, of course like everything colors will run, when you wash them the first few times, so you wash them in cold water, without other things, but you should not have to for 9 months and they still run. My daughter will hold the sheets in her hands and sometimes will rub them on the wall as she lays and rocks in bed. In the pictures I have sent you can see the marks on the wall by her bed from rubbing them on the wall. She doesn't sit there and do this intense she just rubs the sheet on the wall its sort of a comfort issue no one knows why they do some of the things she does but she does and then she will put hands in mouth, face etc, the dye coming of these sheets should not be doing this still and worries me she will be sick or cause her to be sick. She has been sick lately but off and on and we wonder if this might be the issue, a lot of testing is involved to be sure with COVID this is not a priority, the testing, dr says remove sheets. I reached out to the company to notify them of this issue, and they blew me off like I was crazy and of course my daughter as well. No way their sheets do this they went on and on, they only have the top of the line and maybe I am not washing them right etc etc. They didn't care one bit that maybe this dye could be harmful they claim their dye is safe not harmful. I have never heard or known of dye to be safe especially if someone put it in their mouth. They just kind of figured my kid is a whack job for doing this.
