Worst experience spent $10,000 and got checked into rooms with pubic hairs area manager ****** does not care shame on you ****** for stealing

Extended family (12 persons total)and I occupied four (4) rooms from December 27th, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023 and all 4 were unsatisfactory. We have already moved our group from one (1) room that NOONE should be staying in - EVER. So, even though these rooms were far from acceptable and several featured rotten wood and general filth - one room actually had a 3ft square piece of the ceiling missing where there was water damage. We reached out repeatedly to management while onsite and nothing "could be done" ... "there were no other rooms available". We received no offer to move us to a different hotel - nor did they show ANY empathy, or seemed the least bit concerned that they had rented us rooms - for well over $600 per night - in which a varmint could have access to our children.We made the best of it and I continued to reach-out to The Hotel DELapidated with absolutely no response - for about a month. At a month's end, I posted on YELP a review of the hotel and received a acknowledgement of the condition of the hotel from their guest services manager - ***************************** - through YELP ... for all to see and of course assuring others that the hotel is about to begin restoration for those staying in the future. See YELP for this information/review.This is good and all - for future guests - but does NOT help us one bit ... no does it help anyone staying between January 2nd, 2023 and the end of ****, when the renovations is scheduled to be finished.I have since reached out a few more times and not only can I not see to be able to talk with someone other than ****************** (I asked for the **** but they continue to be uninterested in my story, Frankly, these folks NOT be part of the Hilton family - this is totally UNacceptable. I would like them to reach out to me ASAP and LISTEN to my complaint. *******************
