I regret buying a Polestar in December 2022 from the ****** dealership location due to the customer service experience that I received from ******* (*******) and *****. Not only did they try to lie to us about the background of the used car we purchased (it had ***** miles on it but ***** claimed someone bought it and returned it the next day until we pointed out the infeasibility of that story), but more egregiously, they forgot to submit our paperwork to the ****** even after repeated requests for status updates -- FOR THREE MONTHS. We have yet to receive our permanent plates/registration and cannot use the *** lane. While they tried to blame the slow processing on the **** a DMV representative has confirmed that the paperwork wasn't submitted until three months after purchase. To add insult to injury, ******* was incredibly rude, dismissive and patronizing throughout the entire process (especially to me but not my husband which was curious...)They clearly have no interest in taking care of their clients once the deal is closed. This is what happens when you buy a car from a tech company instead of a real dealership.Business response

This complaint is not related to Polestar ************. Please note she said the "******" dealership. She means "Marin" location - Polestar Marin. That is a different franchise.
