Absolutely heartless and brutal company. Kept sending me back and fourth through people for assistance. Sent me a broken piece and never gave me a refund or got back to me. Please if you decide to work for or purchase for this company go somewhere else. The way i was treated was unacceptable. This is actually my first review i have ever left on any company and its because they are just horrible people.Review from Jeanette M

I went to RH at ********** I was so disappointed with the customer service. The sales lady came off as such a snob! She flippantly answered my questions and felt like I was bothering her. I don't think she thought I was serious about my inquiry.I asked about stain resistant fabrics and she pointed to the wall and said all were resistant. I asked more question and found out not all the fabrics were stain resistant. The only saving ***** was a young lady who was very kind, enthusiastic and helpful.Might explain why there weren't many customers there.Review from Kevin F

I ordered a sofa which was scheduled to be delivered in April. They then sent email saying delayed until May. Then in May I get another email saying delivery will be in June. End of May I get another email saying delivery will be delayed to July. Do you think I trust these guys?What a waste of time waiting on these liars.Review from Shurleen A

Well after over a month wait*** for my items. Find*** out I was scam. ******** ad had JCPenny for clearance cloth*** so will I order 6 items. After receiv*** my bill from my cr, card company, I find that order quoted as RH *finddoany.com Internet GB. I have contacted the email, I believe they are from another country for there was **** transfers. I put in my dispute. And also another factory outlet company advise *** theses fold*** rock*** chairs for outdoors, buy two get one or two free. I got a thank you the order but in left my email, so I get get bill from my cr. Card and that says patwita GB. GB, another **** trans fee. Want a scam go*** on. I ordered a super mystery box??Christmas Sale-?Large Electronics Packaging Box- Electronic Mystery Box?[Limited Stock!!!]The Super Giant Mystery Box(20+ Items)-??Best Seller/Buy 1 X 1 for $69.79US and I got a pair of i12 tws wireless headphones worth 5$ and a nano mist sprayer which I have no idea what that is but it's worth 5$ as well I paid a lot more money and now I want the other 18 items promised in the sale but I doubt I will get it so I sent many emails with the package and details and the contents and demanding my money back, with no replies! Their websites have a chat with us!! RH sent a defective facet. When I called to get a replacement part in the middle of our bathroom remodel, they said it'd take a month to get the part. They also said I can't return it and start over with *************. Terrible customer service. I shopped at ****************** because I thought I was getting top notch customer service and product. I was working with *************************** at the *********, ** location at ***********************************************. and had a very negative experience. When my husband and I walked in the store moments before a white couple she attended to them immediately. My husband was wearing a suit and I was wearing business attire after we went there to purchase a sofa and new temp controlled mattress. We waited patiently despite this and was treated with a negative attitude as though were a nuisance. We left after making an excuse to exit cleanly. RH just lost our business. Really poor customer service. Design service was not as represented at initial meeting - they did not design all my rooms using the measurements I supplied which led to them ordering incorrect-sized furniture (I caught at least four errors in my order). The designer came unprepared to several meetings and was so disorganized we had to spend the time reconfirming what had been decided previously. Their systems continually change the date you can expect the furniture to come in - some of my pieces ranged from delivery in August to the following March then back to November before coming in unbeknownst to my contact person in August. The staff seem overwhelmed and the companys systems dont allow them to provide accurate info. One of my deliveries left a mess of styrofoam all over my room. I like my furniture but could have gotten comparable elsewhere with much less frustration.Review from Michelle A.

My order is on hold because RH cant figure out how to split the payments between my RH card and my personal ***** Needless to say my debit card has been charged 10x, refund was issued and my RH card now has a negative ****** balance with no refund yet. Might I add, my order is still on hold because the correct amounts have yet to be charged and I have no answers. Would be nice if someone can figure this simple process out once and for all.Review from Raj T

We ordered a Fulham leather couch on 4/30/16 at the LA store. Within the first year, the leather started to fade, and then the couch started to sag. We complained to managers in **, Scotsdale, and ******, and none helped us, nor did the customer service department. Beware! There is no warranty for their furniture. Ask the managers. Check the website. The leather and construction are poor quality. You're better off getting leather furniture from *******
