I applied for low income housing in **************. The apartments name is Victoria Manor. when I filled the application I was tired from work and I was in hurry I erroneously marked no on bankruptcy question instead of yes. it was discharged 12/20 because I got sick from work and the company neglect me for two years. I have clean background, credit score is 687 in TransUnion but Transunion's report is wrong I called them already and correct the problems I don't have collection, there's addresses there that I don't know I didn't leave in *********, and I don't have collection , also TransUnion made a mistake on my jobs. which I believe they are not supposed to disclose to future land lord for my privacy. this place was suggested by 211 list of low income place to rent. for low income people, older citizen with partial disabilities. I have a good job and I can afford their rent. I like . the Manager is nice but wont give the email or phone number of the main office. he told me to make a letter for him to fax it to the main office or owner. I did make an explanation of the error Transunion made and I fill up a new clean application. along with my paystubs. I need the place by March or April. I already signed the move and ending my lease here where I live. I think I deserve to be approved, I don't have late on my bills, no pets and they can Call my landlords that I am really a good tenant. live in a studio right now ,but because of inflation the rent here now is outrageous. I qualified here but the this place is raising the rent . I need to get an answer from Victoria Manor main office but I'm not getting any answer. I'm ready to move and pay now. If I have their main office number or email I can update or check on the status but the cant give those information which I think they need to give to us. ************************* the company who help senior renters I think tries to call them but they don't know if the management got the message her name is ******. I am a nurse assistant and a Medical assistant. I need to get an answer if possible. please help. . they can run my credit on TransUnion, Equifax and Experian I dont have collection. I paid ***** for the Crdit check
