    Service dates: 1/4/23 and 2/20/23 My car had a good sized dent in the bumper. They quoted me, came to my house, took the bumper off and told me I would need to get a specific bracket because the original is broken. So I ordered the part and when it came in, I scheduled a second appointment. They came and fixed it. He showed it to me and it looked good from the outside (the dent was gone, it was painted). A few hours later I went to my car to go somewhere and I my car alerted me that the trunk was open. I went back to close it to find out that in the process of fixing my bumper, they messed up the alignment (because the trunk worked perfectly before they worked on the bumper) and now the trunk will not close and lock. Because of that, my entire car wont lock (the computer system wont let it). So I cant drive it because the trunk wont latch and if I parked it anywhere, it would be completely unlocked.I talked on the phone with someone and she said because they completed the work on the bumper, they fulfilled their job responsibilities. After I reiterated that my car was better before they came and that they introduced a whole new set of problems, they said it was because my frame was bent. They admitted they should have told me during the service that it was bent, and they saw my car twice so they had plenty of time to tell me. I even asked them in a text prior to scheduling the appointment, if the technician goes in and finds frame damage, will they stop the repair and tell me?, and they said yes. So if I didnt call to complain, Id be driving in a car with a bent frame which is super unsafe. I asked for a refund and they said they would only give me 2/3 of my $773.05 back.

    I'm writing about CarBodyLab in ******, ** cannot find them on the search app. So this is not a reflection on **********, **. But regardless, the CarBodyLab experience was very dissappointing. I had a difficult setting up my appointment and finalizing. I went with another company and the day they had schedule my appointment even without my confirmation they called my phone and spam me harrassing me about the techincian coming to home. They are so rude and unprofessional!!

    Hi *****, Thank you for your feedback. I went ahead and reviewed the sms conversation you had with our customer service team. It looks like it took some time for us to schedule your appointment initially because we needed your property manager's approval given you live in an apartment complex . From what I saw, a lot of your frustrations came from all the back and forth where you insisted we take your word for it when you said you had obtained the approval. For legal purposes and to protect ************** and our business, such approval is required by email in writing, from the property manager directly and not the tenant. Once they responded and gave us the ok, we scheduled your appointment, sent you one confirmation message, one automated reminder the day before, and another text wit few instructions the morning of to let you know to wait a couple of hours after the repair is done before you drive your car again. You then proceeded to cancel the appointment that same morning. At no point anyone on the team was rude or unprofessional. I'm happy to see you were able to find another company that was willing to work on your car without your property manager's approval.
