I was impressed with ******, the First **** I spoke with. ****** was so very knowledgeable, professional, & very patient & kind. ***** was my salesman, he also explained the coverage with a kind, thoughtful, respectful demeanor. This company is one of the biggest thugs and thieves. if you complaint for any repair in your house anything they will simply answer it is not covered. So don't ever buy any warranty from them they are just making fool and ripping off peoples hard earned money. I really had a very bed experience with them.Review from Jeremy C

Extremely disappointed, they use manipulative and threatening language to get you to buy their policy.they make it sound as though there's just one payment that covers you for 3 years and then ask you for monthly payments. I have no issue with an insurance company asking for monthly payments, but why are they using phrases that make it sound as though there's just one payment?they should make it very clear to customers what they are selling and for what price.honesty is of utmost importance when dealing with an insurance company.Review from Kathy E

We purchased the Platinum plan and were told it had the best coverage they offer. Our A/C went out that year and they denied our coverage. Next our plumbing lines were leaking and we had a plumber tell us our pressure regulator go out. This cost $800. The insurance denied this claim also. They did not even call us. We had to call them and follow up to ask. They had closed the claim unbeknownst to us. Now our water heater is not working. We are assuming this problem will not be covered either. This company is a complete scam. Do Not buy with them!Review from Con F

Is there a 0... YES.. ZERO RATING!!We have been without A/C for a month now. We have been getting the run around with claim number after claim number!. They have done NOTHING absolutely nothing to help us get our A/C running. In fact, they contacted us saying they could not find an electrician in our area so they asked us to get one. I called and got an electrician that day! He did his part! That was 2 weeks ago!! We need a NEW COMPRESSOR! Integrity is NOT a reputable company whatsoever! And they call themselves INTEGRITY!!! They have ZERO INTEGRITY and ZERO CONCERN for their clients! Integrity...you've messed with the wrong people! I'm reporting you to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!Review from akeeta w

Fraudulent company. The sales rep ******** new homeowners into believing they would cover basic repairs such as plumbing, electrical, etc. But when its time to pay the bill they refuse all claims. Do not sign up to Integrity Admin Group!Review from Kevin T

What A rip off. I recommend you find a better company with a good reputation. AC went off on April 17th. Tried to call but could not get anyone so I sent email. No response to the email so the next day (18th) I called however the number and hours of operation are different than what was on the registration page. Temperature close to 90. Two elderly residents. NO AC. Finally got a response on April 24 they sent email at 11:19 am "Unfortunately we have not been able to locate a provider, if you still need service please contact a local provider and submit for reimbursement for covered repairs. Service is pre-authorized for $385.00 . There are 3 HACV in our town. I called one that day. He was here the next morning and repaired the unit for $135.00. Now they won't reimburse the total. Said they will deduct $75.00 for the call. What am I paying $189.00 for!!!!! I'm not sure if I can cancel without paying penalties. Contract says you can cancel anytime but I don't trust them.
