Purchased package, paid $1200. I have yet to receive any treatment ever since.******, is the Rep. ** has been a nightmare & VERY difficult to get an appointment to be *******d. I cannot trust this business. Originally, found them by Groupon. Made *********** said that shouldn't of been on there to get refund, they will not honor it. Couldnt get refund from Groupon, only credit, did not make a big deal to honor their requests.The 1st time, i called to make an appointment- however the employees had covid so call back.2nd time appointment was actually reserved, I drove all the way from Orange to my 1 st ******* after work.When i got there, the doors was locked & light was off. I knocked, the employee came to the door said they were closed. Mentioned my appt, she just said sorry she had to leave and to text ******.I texted ****** that her employee said she had to pick up her brother and I was not on the books earlier. ****** texted saying, oh no wait, i will text her, she will come back. Just wait. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked if she texted her to confirm shed come back to ******* me. No ones here..it is cold. I am leaving.Getting an Appointment seems to be a nightmare.. please kindly send refund back to my Venmo. She said she would give another session for free. Then, few days later, i reached out to make that 1 st appointment again finally, and she replied it is full. Call back next week. I've asked for a refund, she responded that there is no refunds only store credit.I am NOT happy, nor did I get any ******* ever since. These were my attempts in making the appointments, and each time, these occurred back to back.1. Employees had Covid. 2. Company stood me up & doors closed saying i was not on the books after driving all the way there. 3. Appointments are all full. Call back again.I do not wish to receive any treatments after all this. I would like for them to return my money in full as NO ******* was ever received!
