On July 5, 2023, I purchased the projector from benq's official website. It showed that my order would arrive on July 13, so I remembered that day to wait for my projector to arrive. But I didn't receive any package until July 14. I checked the bank statement and it showed that the money had been withdrawn on July 6th, after that I called the customer service and they told me it was their system error can caused my order to not appear. But my money has been taken by them, I asked them what to do and they said they would send me a projector on July 14. If I hadn't caught this error I would have lost the money of my purchase to wait for a projector that didn't exist. I asked "Am I the only one?" and the customer services said "no, there were several others. They don't seem to care if their customers get their stuff or not. In addition, I had a chat with customer service that night, because my order showed that the projector would arrive on July 20. I didn't want to wait that long, so I said I'd cancel the order. The most ridiculous thing is that customer service says their policy is that customers don't support cancellations even though it's their fault. They take the money and they don't care about you anymore. I have no other choice. Can you deliver it earlier?"I chat to they. Then a guy who said he was a customer service manager told me to do overnight delivery for me. Today is July 17, I checked my delivery number it was ground deliver. I know they lied to me again, but there's nothing I can do.

Avoid this company at all costs if they reach out to you to 'review' one of their products. Back in ******************************************************************** our annual Holiday Gift Guide. We never received the product (and confirmed by them) but included them in our gift guide to be nice.In 2018, they reached out again to send another product for inclusion, but we never received this either. This time we even had it in writing from the company that we never received it. We didn't include them in our gift guide as before.Now 3 years later, the company is attempting to *** us for a product they admitted we never received! They has a legal firm call and after we sent over all of our supporting documentation, they can even see this is nothing but a scam.I only hope to help others avoid this trap they seem to set for many sites.
