      Experian Business refuses to update my company profile to reflect proper information. I am demanding the removal of a collection that is affecting our business profile. Company even after being notified has failed to validate this alleged collection accounts debt or remove for failure to do so. This is defamation of character and i will pursue legal action. My company reputation is important. And the integrity of my profile should reflect our status, This information is false and misleading. Remove negative and late payments. Update to reflect paid as agreed.

      We were denied an important Performance bond because of all the errors on our Experion Business Report. We have since been denied multiple credit cards and vender agreements. I submitted 4 disputes at this point. One has been corrected after 5 months, only to be incorrect yet again 1 month later. Our company name is *********************.Errors on Report-1.Business secondary address 2. Show our business as a full-service restaurant, which we are not and have never been (corrected) Now it states we are a Equipment rental ******************************* And Industrial Machinery And Equipment Rental. Our SIC codes are changed and new ones are added constantly this is the 10th changes this year.We are a construction excavating company 3. Showing three open liens that have been closed for over a year, i submitted court documents showing the ***** are satisfied and they refused to remove them 4. 7 Credit Cards with high balances when we have only EVER had three cards. I disputed this they refused to remove it or give me more information We only get denied if the company uses experion to check our credit, and it is seriously impacting our business I have attached Lein Satisfaction letters, old credit reports and all previous disputes.

      My company (******* *************** Services LLC) is required to obtain a performance bond to satisfy the requirements of a government contract that we were awarded. The bonding company performed a **************** check and refused the bond because our business credit rating was poor. Dun & ********** based mu business's credit rating on a Experian Credit Report. I was forced to buy a credit report from Experian and found that they are reporting false information about my company. They reported a bank card "charge off" for $22,838 on 05/25/22. This is completely false and furthermore they don't have any reporting of the one bank card that we do have which has a current balance of $3,096 and is paid automatically each month. Experian is also reporting a ********** Services" loan with a balance of $20,775 and a ***** day late payment of $840. This business line of credit was through the M&T bank and has a 0 balance. Experian is also reporting 3 tax liens from the Commonwealth of ************. One lien is properly reported as released but the other two liens are not updated as released. If this information is not removed or corrected I will lose the government contract which will cause great financial harm to my company. I have filed a complaint with Experian but have not heard anything regarding the repair to my credit report. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer ************************* as well and will be consulting with my attorney regarding legal action if Experian does not immediately remove and / or update the information they are reporting about my company. The false information in this report is absolute slander and has caused financial and reputation damage to my company.

      Experian BIN: ********* My company's credit report (******* CAPITOL LLC) has a late tradeline reporting which is not ours. We always pay all of our invoices and bills on time as Experian can see from all the other on-time tradelines on our report. We contacted Experian in 02/2021 to have the late payment experience removed. It is now 11/2021 and the payment experience is still on our report. This has lowered our business credit score from 100 to 73 in error.In addition, we've asked Experian for the following updates on my company's (******* CAPITOL LLC) business credit report as follows:1) The addition of additional locations at: 1) ****************************************** and 2) ******************************************) Updating our Registered Agent to: City Registered Agent, *********************************** *******) ******* Capitol LLC is incorporated in the ******************, ********** and Oregon. All of our incorporations are not reflected on our report. Our ultimate headquarters is located at: ******************************************************************************.We've requested all of these updates but, Experian has not updated our report to reflect only accurate and correct information.

      With COVID affecting businesses such as mine, I began reaching out to creditors for financial assistance only to find out that suddenly my business credit is damaged. Im confused why so I dig deeper only to find that Experian has grossly inaccurate information about my business. So have a sales team reaching out to businesses to use them to research business credit yet the dont have the proper resources or efforts to make sure that information is as accurate as possible which leads to "Slander". Yes Experian is Slandering my business by providing false information about my business. I reached out to Experian requesting a correction only to receive a response that its waiting an agent to be assigned. Has said this for weeks. In the meantime my business is suffering due to Experian's poor reporting details. I need faster repair here or this will become a legal issue of slander.
