I received a charge on my credit card. Most likely a recurring charge. Since I am no longer using the service I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I have been trying to over two months now. They do not return emails or phone calls.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Trade Genius back in 2020. They initially charged me for the highest level service when I only requested the lowest price level. That should have been a big enough red flag for me, however, I went ahead and used the service for a few months. I did not get any value from this very expensive service and I cancelled it way back in 2020. Fast forward to November 2022, just under 2 months ago. I checked my credit card statement and was shocked to see a $500 charge from Trade Genius, a service I cancelled way back in 2020. Since cancelling my subscription back in 2020, I never asked to sign up again and have no interest in whatsoever. I sent repeated emails to Trade Genius for over a month now, and left voicemails as well, with absolutely no response from anyone at Trade Genius. I very strongly caution people against signing up for this very poor, badly run, and apparently very shady business.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a bundle of stock trading information from Trade Genius on Black Friday 2021. I tried to understand the information, but it was too complicated for me. I sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to Trade Genius asking for a refund. I did this within a couple of days. I never received any calls back or emails and didn't receive a refund. I decided to give up. Now, I have just opened my credit card statement and found a $499 charge from Trade Genius. I never signed up for anything, a renewal or anything since that Black Friday of 2021. I was not notified that I would be charged. I want a refund from this horrible company. I also want to warn people of this company that will not return calls or emails or refund if unhappy with their product.
