This company scams financially disadvantaged individuals and families by offering help when struggling with payments. Although they do not scam in legal terms, they go to great lengths to overwhelm and confuse customers, while convincing them and cornering them to enroll. The people who work for this company should be ashamed of themselves for hurting those who are less privileged. Those precious dollars that go into their pockets could be used to *actually pay off student debt* but instead, I am left struggling to pick up the pieces with even LESS money than I had before enrolling. About two years ago I was contacted about a loan forgiveness program initially I would have to pay $150 for 18 months which I did and then after that pay $49 which I have been for the last year and three months. I became aware of an issue when I tried to purchase a home and realize that none of the payments were being reported to my credit report. I called alum financials to request a payment history letter is proof that I am paying on my student loans. That request was made for weeks ago I still have not received anything after being promised that I would receive a letter and an email. At this point I dont trust the business and feel like Im being taken advantage of. On March 5, 2022 I requested a full refund of all the monies that Ive given to this company. I am currently waiting on a response and will continue to call until I receive my refund. In the documents that I have it says that I can cancel at any time but it doesnt seem like this is going to be an easy task. I dont know whether this company is a scam or not but be very aware and very cautious when receiving help with the student loans from outside or third-party companies.

Client was enrolled since 1/7/2021 with the company and had payments of $150.00 for 8 months then lowered to $49.00. Client contacted the company on 02/1/2022 asking for a mortgage letter in which we advised lender will be sending to her in mail and in email. Client was made aware of this on 02/1/2022 in which she then did not have any further questions. We have completed all services per her signed agreement by submitting a Consolidation and IDR for the clients student loan debt. We have contacted client on 03/7/2022 to answer questions and concerns and resolve any issues client had and offered a solution to client. Issue has been resolved.Review from Betty H.

This company is a SCAM. I was calling to do student loan forgiveness and someone they answered. I did not call them. I called Federal Student Loans and went through prompt to get to find out about loan consolidation. This company said that I qualified and all I had to pay was $200 for 6 months and then ***** for 20 years. They lead me to believe that THAT price was consolidating my loans but it was NOT. They have nothing to do with the loans and scam people into their fake help.
