date of service of service was April 2020 total amount spent was about 300 the business was committed to fixing my MacBook Air within 7 days. First, they took over 4 months to return the computer and gave me the incorrect color screen. But they promised to change out my screen for the right color once they received it. They never called me back to tell me about the replacement screen. Second, they didnt provide any updates. Third, the screen just went black with only 3 months after receiving it back. I didnt cause any damage to my device so I went to another tech place for a replacement and was told that they gave me a cheap screen that wasnt even a original MacBook screen. I called back and they told me they wouldnt honor the agreement about changing my screen and they are unwilling to give me a reimbursement. I got scammed by paying a price. I want my full reimbursement plus compensation for not having my work computer for 4 months and to file a full complaint about terrible customer service, misinforming clients on the product theyre getting and not honoring their agreement.
