Horrible flight school. The arrogant owner loves to operate in the grey area of everything and takes complete advantage of students which are ***********. The turnover rate is huge at that school. He charges people 2500$ to leave. Almost like he knows theyre gonna. So many people leave that school he literally made more money from the people who left last month than the people who actually stayed. The school is extremely unstable he cant even keep the same instructors its a constant turnover rate on both sides. The instructors all walked out and quit a week ago. Same thing happened twice since Ive been there. He owes me a 250$ deposit he refuses to give back and or even an excuse to why hes not giving it back. Enclosed is the email where they acknowledge they owe me 250$ ..then after I told them the honest truth about why that school is so atrocious and the things they need to work on to be a good school such as ethics they then emailed me 15min later saying my account has already been finalized. Whatever that means. Has nothing to do with my 250$. Sorry if I hurt their feelings but that shouldnt cost me 250$Initial Complaint

I signed up for Flight Lessons and filed for a Loan through Stratus. I gave them an initial $1000.00 to sign up with the program. I was informed by **** the owner that this will go towards the loan. I was in a position where I needed to relocate and requested copies of my invoices. When I received the invoices it was approximately ******. I noticed they charged $2500 withdrawal fee and the $1000.00 never went towards the loan as promised. I asked for itemized invoices and they refused to answer any emails and texts. When I was finally able to talk to ********* the office manager, she informed me the $1000 was to HOLD a seat in the class (this was not disclosed to me) and the $2500. is a withdrawal fee. I requested a copy of the signed disclosure of the withdrawal fee and the $1000.00 and they refused my request and hung up on me. They also refused to send us an itemized list of charges. I spoke with the loan company and they did state on there loan contract that there is a withdrawal however, there is not an amount. I was never informed of this rate.
