Date 05/15/24 I was scrolling instagram & saw an ad stating I could receive a free Owala if I agreed to answer 4 questions. I was told I had won the ********** need to pay $1.95 for s&h to receive. I entered my card Info & was told it would be on its way.Minutes later I received a text from my bank that I had been charged $129.95 by a company called home decor renaissance listing the fulfillment address as fulfillment xInitial Complaint

I have a fraudulent charge of $129.23 that was made by ************************* ************ center ******************************************************************************************** and fulfilled by Fulfillment Address: FulfillmentX ****************************************************************************Both companies seem to be involved in this fraud and this same credit card was used in a fraud purchase this month with a promise of merchandise for $7.95 shippping. As far as I can tell this a fraudulent operation.Initial Complaint

On 11-17-2021 I ordered a ************ flag from this company. At the time of my order my card company had questions R/E fraud and stated if it was in fact an order I placed to go back and resubmit. I tried this twice and got the same results and then canceled my order. Today, 11/22/2021, I received a package that included my Flag and other items I did not order, Stickers and a Revenge Coin even though I had canceled my order. The invoice had the price of the Flag at $7.95 which is correct adn the only item I had attempted to order. The other items were priced as (2) ***** Freedom Revenge Stickers $49.99 and (1) ***** Freedom Revenge Coin was $39.99.Again I did not order the Stickers or the Coin. I was charged $89.98 for items I had not ordered.There was only a small packing slip with the Fulfillment X name and address with no phone or other contact Info. It seems that the Issues when people order is a Scam to get them to try and reorder the flag not realizing they are possibly ordering the other items without realizing or knowing it.Business response

We have already spoken to the customer directly on November 22nd and they agreed to a refund amounting to $67.50 that would require **** business days to be credited to the customer's bank account. Please see the breakdown of the refund below as funds should have already been received by the customer.

On 9/17 I chose to purchase an item rom the above company. The company stated that I would be 100% satisfied or my money would be returned. This Item was sold to me as only pay shipping. I received my order along with additional items I did not order. all of which was way too much money for the products. I called the company and asked for a refund as per their 100% gaurntee. I was told do to covid they could not accept returns, and therefore would not provide a refund. I would like a refund and for them to honor their 100% satisfaction.Initial Complaint

On FB, ad for free ***** flag for price of shipping. Gave my banking info (debit card) and no price came up (should have stopped right there but continued, thinking the prices would come up before the final purchase. Another ad popped up asking if I wanted a "gold" coin of *****, I declined, another ad popped up, I kept declining and left the site thinking it didn't go thru.The next day or two, I had 3 charges from them for **** (flag shipping); ***** and *****. I would never pay anything that much for any political person.I called my bank and they disputed the purchase.The bank took the **** off. I noticed it was still there.The bank sent a letter said that it was placed by ***********************, a JOINT account holder on my account. I used his card and the letter mentions I purchased VARIOUS ***** merchandise, flag and stickers.That was the only thing I tried to order but did not finish the purchase.I want my money back and they can get their stuff back they sent me!
