Alright where do we begin ? I found ********** short notice when deciding to stay in town for work (I work For a tech company and do Amazon Flex in the side . Amazon Flex was the reason I chose To stay as my blocks were early morning . No need to drive back to La that late to be right back in a couple hours) . The hotel was cheap so I really Did not expect anything special . I expected A room clean and decent enough to eat , sleep , shower and charge my devices . Upon arrival , when checking in , I was Very nice to the woman at the front desk but she was a rather tough cookie . Not even a crack of a smile . When I get To my room to take my things up , I almost Drowned in the parking lot (not really but it was raining pretty bad so almost) . That wasnt the issue . The issue was when I got Into my room I couldnt Even turn the heater on to get warm and dry !!!! As stated I didnt Expect much from the place but boy was it run down ! Defintely could use some cosmetics ! Not going to go in every detail but just know you get what you pay for ! The most unsettling of the cosmetics was a very wide open trap door looking thingy under the bathroom sink tht was WIDE OPEN ! I just Knew something was going to come out of it . Giving me the heebie jeebies just thinking back on it . Another MAJOR deduction for me was the wifi . I had A late work assignment turned in because there was NO WIFI . Call the front desk and she was adamant on the password being accurate and hers works so she doesnt know what to tell me . We get showered and ready for bed early because I have A 4 am shift . Wake up to use the bathroom and click the light on , ROACHES SCATTER !!!!!!! And to make it even worse , some ran into my open bag sitting in the floor !!!!!!!!!! Immediately woke up hubby and I kid you not one comes scurrying from under the pillows !!!!! Only solution they had for me was switch rooms . HA ! Thank god for third parties because they handled my situation accordingly . NEVER TF AGAIN

I stayed at the above-mentioned motel from Saturday, June 25, 2022, departing on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. I have never stayed at a motel as poorly kept as this one.Here are a list of the most obvious problems:Light switch at the door did not work and the push button was cracked.Light on the wall by the bed actually moved, so I could spin it around!On/off switch for the air conditioner was labeled in black marker On/Off. Sink and mirror were chipped and/or peeling There was a microwave, but there was no place to plug it in without moving the dresser Refrigerator was scratched and dirty both inside and outside Bathmat was cut in half from a normal size one. The other half of the tub bottom was very slippery and dirty, area around the tub was moldy.Doors and walls were dirty,Molding around the doors were both chipped and dirty Bathroom ceiling was water stained and/or moldy. I pulled out my phone charger and the electrical outlook came with my phone because it had not been screwed into the wall. On the third day I did not have the Do Not Disturb sign up. When I came back to the room at 2:30 pm, the bed was made. There were no linens, the counters had not been cleaned, and the dirty linens were in a pile along with the trash. I had to call to have the dirty linens removed, fresh linens brought up, & the room cleaned. The woman who came was not happy that she had to clean. She complained the two minutes it took her to clean the room. She did not vacuum, nor cleaned the toilet or tub, there was dirt in the sink area. On the outside property, Cigarette butts everywhere, Overflowing trash cans Transients living in and around the property there were RVs parked in the parking lot. Dirty sidewalks and walkways, Dirty entranceway into room. One guests was laying in their bed, the door open flicking cigarettes out their door. There were also women getting dressed in the parking lot in the morning. The lobby was disgusting.
