09/20/2023 I have been a realtor in the ******* area for 3 years. I have closed several transactions. Flex point has been the worst experience I had dealing with a lender. They claim they dont contact their clients?!?! What kind of lender does that. On 09/20/2023 a two deal closing was supposed to happen in Hosuton **. Up until the 12th hour we were all under the impression and told that it was going to close, by their mortgage broker. Here we are 8 days later, angry buyers and sellers and we still dont have a closing. Every time, me the selling agent contacts Flex Point they reply not be contacted. Ok - so when do we close ?!? Does Flex Point even exist. I believe Flex Point is a made up online company. I believe they take sensitive and private info of people ( supposedly clients of theirs) and take out loans in the clients name and then ghosts their supposed client. Since my client was planning on moving, they lost $500 that day in moving costs. I paid it but I want reimbursement of the $500 since this was the lenders fault. Horrible company to deal with. No ethics, morals or compassion or decency.Business response

I've reviewed your "compliant" and this sounds like a very frustrating situation.I've looked up your name in our system and we do not have a loan in process with that name. It is unclear who the client is that your referring to and what your relationship is to that client. If your are a realtor as your email states and not a client of FlexPoint directly then the law prohibits us sharing other peoples financial information with you or anyone other than our client who in this case appears to be a broker. The broker has all the responsibility to communicate with realtors representing their client, the borrower. Further, it appears you represent the seller and there are even more stringent restrictions for communication if you are not the buyers agent. Regardless, if in reading the situation correctly, we are forbidden by law to share any information with you. I hope you understand and that you are able to get the needed information from the broker who is directly representing the borrower.
If you can obtain a release for information or have some sort of documentation that you are authorized to receive confidential financial information regarding a transaction that we are facilitating then we would happy share any relevant updates with you.
In response to your email: We are a real company. We do not "steal sensitive information". There are very stringent laws regarding who we can share information with and how. We have not ghosted anyone and assure you that if a client or broker provided all needed information to close, we will do so on time.

Company persists in sending unwanted unsolicited junk mail. When calling, customer support agent "*******************" was rude and snide after being presented with the simple request to remove our address from your company's mailing list. Made a remark "So I guess you've paid off your house then?," followed by laughter and repeating the question. Behavior unacceptable and unprofessional for a customer service professional.Reference ID#: ************Business response
