      I paid a $1000 deposit to secure a highly desirable car that was scheduled to arrive in 2 months. With approximately 3 weeks left before it was scheduled to arrive on the lot, the dealership contacted me asking to sign the contract for purchase. I was hesitant to sign because the car was still unseen, but I confirmed the next day that I was interested in reviewing the contract and would sign - and I asked for a PO for my preapproved lender in order to get the financing process started. Later that day the dealership told me another manager inexplicably sold the car to someone else and it was no longer available.

      Me mintieron, poniendo valores ********* muy por encima de lo que estaba en el mercado, e ido incluso a otros dealers de la misma Toyota en los cuales no pueden creer el valor que de le dio, me siento decepcionado por como fue tratado el asunto, llevo tratando de solicitar apoyo y me comentan que no se puede incluso el manager ********************************* fue la persona que me vendi el vehculo, por lo cual no espero un resultado positivo, e tenido que ir ms de 10 veces al lugar y siempre es lo mismo, no recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto.They lied to me, putting values ??of the car well above what was on the market, and they even went to other dealers of the same Toyota in which they cannot believe the value they gave it, I feel disappointed by how the matter was treated , I have been trying to request support and they tell me that it is not possible, even the manager of the place ******* was the person who sold me the vehicle, for which I do not expect a positive result, and I have had to go to the place more than 10 times and it is always Same thing, I don't recommend this place at all.

      I purchased my used 2017 rav4 and whoever did the transfer paperwork put the value as $119,000. Ive had to deal with my registration being over $1000. I've contacted South coast Toyota to get some help with the situation and they transfer me to the *** person who never answers or returns my calls. Toyota leasing is dealing with the issue currently now but advised me to contact brand management and to reach out again to you guys as they had to send the title so you guys could fix it. I Contacted brand management opened a case and they said a CSR would call me back. Did anyone call? Of course not! Now I'm having to ask for daily permits at the ***. I've been dealing with this since March. I've wasted my time and money for a mistake that I did not have anything to do with. I understand people make mistakes but at least reach out to me and fix the issue. I'm the middle person between Toyota and the *** which I don't think I should be. Toyota leasing admitted that the dealership was the one that made the mistake. I've had to take days off work to deal with this and just gave birth as well. Having to deal with this is stressful and not getting any help from the people that made the mistake is not ok.Imaging paying for a suv that you can't drive because the people that sold it to you made a mistake and won't help you.picture is attached. I called Toyota financial and they advised me that they are still working on the issue. I dont think I need to keep going to the *** to get a daily permit when the mistake was made by your employee.

      I am so sorry to hear of this situation and I can understand your frustration. Typically, when a vehicle has been purchased and a significant amount of time passed, Toyota Financial is the one to help resolve such issues. After some research, I found that our DMV clerk has been in contact with Toyota and they are working together to get us the title so we can assist in resolving this issue. She is going to reach out again to Toyota for an update. My GSM ******** also reached out to you today and left a message to help with any questions.

      While in the process of buying my car in July 2021 Padra R***** who works at Fleet Internet sales department approached me and used his position to create a relationship with me. That led to multiple sexual harassments made by him. Several times he locked me inside his boss office when his boss was not there and tried to forcefully have *** with me right on his boss desk.
