An employee, ***** sold me a used motor. He bolted the motor to my boat knowing that it was too short and would not work. His solution was to sell me additional parts for me to spend more money. I tres to return the product back to the shop and he refereed me to the owner *******************. **** was not at the shop at the time. ***** refused to contact ****. ***** did not know when **** would return. They sold me a product that they knew would require additional money and modifications to my boat before it could work. I have tried to rectify the situation with the business and they refused to communicate. They do know answer calls, or return text messages. I brought all of the items that were sold to me back to return them. I was told they would charge me an additional fee of $200 to unload them from my truck. They would not take the property back and provide me with a refund.
