I had dinner Saturday March 9 2024 at 6pm at the counter at the ******** California store *********** was so poor I had to flag down the manager ******* to order as no one was at the counter. I ordered a kids meal of pizza and a drink that comes with the meal which was Lemonade Eventually the food arrived which came late too When I got the check I was charged for the lemonade on top of my kids meal so I walked over to speak to ******* about it She was surly when I requested the lemonade charge be removed from the bill and said the reason she charged me for the drink was because kids meals are only for customers 12 years and under yet I pointed out to her she sold me a kids meal anyway I was so unhappy with the experience that I did not even get my dough points on the meal I have been a customer of CPK since 1985 when there was only one store and I have never been treated this poorly This manager appears not to care about doing her job as she let a big piece of chicken that fell on the ground just sit there near the counter as she walked by it several times without picking it up I not only want a refund of my check but also a $30 gift card in consideration for this horrible experience
