              Bought overnight shipping after reading their shipping and processing policies on times. I placed my order at 10am pst and it wasnt processed or shipped out until the next day. This put my order at not even having a delivery date until 6/17 which I could have used standard shipping and had the same result. All day I tried to reach vans by phone, email, and chat. Two of the three services dont work and they wont answer your phone call.

              Ordered a pair of shoes through their website, unfortunately they ran small and I just couldn't wear so I followed the procedure of returning them the day after I got them, which I sent back a month ago, and they have had in their possession for 2 weeks now, and so I filed a complaint with Paypal and they haven't responded to them either, even though I sent emails twice through their website. I will never order again from them and it's unfortunate that they have zero customer service. I feel I will never get my money back which is so incredibly wrong.
