      This skincare company hired an off shore collection agency that bullies the customer into paying by threatening them to charge another shipment because they didnt cancel within ************************************************************************************************************************** and essentially call me a liar. That I ordered it because they have my banking information. She said you bought this from the company, you owe them or otherwise the company will auto bill you monthly. I ask how much is it, its two products apparently and the cost is 98 and 99 approximately, total being 200 and that they plan to charge me another ************************************************** months ago. This is a scam and the company is trying to take money from people and charge their bank or cc Card. Buyer beware, I never received this product, its possible someone took it from my front porch and the 14 days first look never entered my mind. I completely forgot about it and last year I had a lot of health problems and skin care is not on my list to spend money on. I hope they are put out of business, swindlers, scamming people and taking their hard earned money. Im appalled and very upset about this so called supervisor of the escalation department, she says she is the be all end all, no one supersedes her authority.What a bunch of losers, not even offering a a cancellation or Im sorry you didnt receive the product, would you be okay to pay for the shipping and we will cancel your auto ship. Just wow is all i have to say, Im pretty upset.

      They called my phone talking about some free trial order sent back in March of 2022 and said I owe them money since I haven't cancelled within the 15 days that was required. This is the first time that they have tried to contact me in any way, shape, or form. They leave no numbers or email address to be contacted. They do not have the company phone number anywhere so you can't even get in touch with them in the 15 days if you wanted to cancel. The website does not have a username and password area for you to even have an account with them. This company is scamming people out of their hard earned money. I told them I had no problem paying but they needed to send me a bill through postal mail and they said they can't send the bill to your address to let you pay and they say they have sent emails to my email address regarding this issue and I never have received one and I check my email daily. They tried to run my card today which was declined because my credit card was being charged under "lawn and garden" when they tried to run it. They said I have a monthly subscription which is not the case and then told me that they can't cancel the monthly subscription until I pay the balance. They should not be legally allowed to do this. If you put people on a monthly subscription then you need to have an area where they can log in and check on/cancel their subscription or at least a PHONE NUMBER to cancel. I just want them to leave me alone and to not charge my account ! Also they apparently waited 16 months to even call me to say all this when they have obviously had my number the whole time. I would have had no problem with paying but you won't even send me the bill in the mail. I will not give out any personal information on the phone and shouldn't have to nor do I give you any type of permission to run my card again or to use any of my personal information. You seem like a scammer company.

      I received a call today from Anavale Skin Serum trying to collect payment of $94.78. They said I ordered a free sample and paid $5.98 shipping & handling on 01/20/2022. This company is a scam and I do not intend to pay them anything. I have never received any such product.

      Enavale Skin Serum. They say I purchased skin cream from the last year. I do not remember purchasing anything from them. They are harassing me using strong arm tactics that frighten me. I've told them to produce the invoice and proof oh my purchase and I will pay my bill. They REFUSE to supply me with an invoice. I will not give them access to my credit or banking accounts. They call me from strange phone numbers that do not represent who they are. They give company phone numbers that are incorrect. They refuse to give me their business address. They say I didn't cancel my subscription (which I know nothing about and have not received any product) and they are going to continue to send the product to me and charge me $158 a month. This is the most DISGUSTING thing I've ever heard of. There are NUMEROUS complaints about them on you BBB site. They called again today from ************. I have lost the phone number they called from the other week. If they show me an invoice (they say they have proof) then I most certainly pay what I owe but I will NOT pay unless they give me proof of payment. I told them not to send product to me and that I will not pay for anything. These are people from a foreign country that I barely even understand. I am 75 years old - I am not a thief and I pay my bills. I just want the proof but they say they can't give me proof.

      I ordered a "sample" from Anavale and have an email record trying to cancel the order the day after I received it. I am getting harrassing calls demanding that I "owe" $300+ and will continue to be charged for additional shipments and can only "cancel"/stop these if I pay the $300. Please clarify what action I need to take to ensure that this does not adversely impact my credit, etc.

      This company is not legit. They called my phone talking about some order that they sent back in Febuary and said I owe them money since I haven't cancelled within the 15 days that was required.       Today July 6th 2023 I received a call from a man from anavale claiming I owe money to them for a shipment if Anavale. I asked for a bill and contract to be sent to me being he said this purchase was from 2 years ago. This is the second call regarding this same thing. If I owe them dues they need to send me the bill and contract regarding this. If not this is either harassment or they company is trying to scaming me.

      I have received calls saying I ordered skin products from Anavale and owe them money. I told them I will not send anything without documentation that I ordered and/or owe money to them. They will not send me anything and their website has no direct contact information on it. They will not stop calling and will not provide proof of this supposed order.

They demand a credit card number even though Ive requested that they send me documentation.
